            Senator Stollings moved to amend the bill on page thirteen, section eleven, line ten, after the word “health” by changing the period to a comma and inserting the words “as long as the area where smoking is permitted is restricted to persons age 18 years or older: Provided, That each entrance to the facility shall have posted a sign of no less than eighteen inches by twenty-four inches, which says “DANGER: THIS PREMISES CONTAINS TOBACCO SMOKE, WHICH CAUSES CANCER, HEART DISEASE, ASTHMA AND DEATH”.”;

            On page fifteen, section sixteen, line six, by striking out the word “and”;

            On page fifteen, section sixteen, line eight, by changing the period to a semicolon and inserting the word “and”;

            And,

            On page fifteen, section sixteen, after line eight, by inserting a new subdivision, designated subdivision (5), to read as follows:

            (5) Each entrance to the facility shall have posted a sign of no less than eighteen inches by twenty-four inches, which says “DANGER: THIS PREMISES CONTAINS TOBACCO SMOKE, WHICH CAUSES CANCER, HEART DISEASE, ASTHMA AND DEATH”.
